The wine is produced exclusively from Catarratto grapes grown on the Il Censo estate outside of Palazzo Adriano in Sicliy. The vineyards are farmed organically and grapes are harvested manually. Praruar, means golden in the once-locally-spoken Greek and Albanian.

WINEMAKING : Low-Intervention / Natural (unfined & unfiltered; low sulfur); Skin Contact / “Orange Wine”
