Expressive, and rustic, this AOC Chinon from Domaine de la Colline’s six-and-half-hectare estate(which is planted exclusively to Cabernet Franc) gives a lovely mouthful of red and black fruit, with perfumed violet aromas on the nose, light but grippy tannins, punchy acidity, and a long, juicy finish. A true country wine, enjoy it with a range of dishes, including salads and roasted chicken.
